On March 26, 2018, Ambassador Zou Xiaoli met with the Executive Chairman of HRADF, Mr. Aris Xenofos, and the Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of the Fund, Mr. Riccardo Lambiris. The Ambassador spoke highly of the results of the Sino-Greek investment cooperation, especially COSCO's project at the Port of Piraeus, as well as the great economic results and beneficial social impact from the purchase of a 24% stake in Greece's power grid operator (IPTO/ADMIE) by China State Grid. Ambassador Zou pointed out that Greece plays an important role in promoting the "One Belt, One Road" Initiative. Both sides should seize the opportunity to further deepen mutual trust and coordinate their communication while allowing more major projects to take root in Greek territory, thus conferring ample benefits and further profiting the two countries and their peoples. He finally expressed his wish that HRADF will continue to play a vigorous role in the above efforts.

Mr. Xenofos fully agreed with Ambassador's ideas and suggestions. He stressed that as Greece is actively supporting the "One Belt, One Road" Initiative, HRADF is willing to continue to build bridges between the two sides, by contributing to the enhancement of Sino-Greek investment cooperation.
