The 18th Escort Task Group of the Chinese Navy will be open to the general public

The 18th Escort Task Group of the Chinese Navy will pay an official visit to the Greece from 16th to 20th February2015. The Escort Task Group, consisting of the amphibious transport dock Chang Baishan, the missile-frigate Yun Cheng and the repleinishment ship Chaohu, has just fulfilled an escort mission in the Gulf of Aden and set out a five-country tour including the United Kingdom, Germany, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, France and Greece.

The Escort Task Group will be open to the general public on Wednesday 18th February at 10:00-12:00 and 14:00-16:00. The public are welcome to board two of the vessels in due time. All persons should hold ID doc in order to enter the gate and pass through x-ray check.

The Escort Task Group will be docked in the Port of Piraeus and the entrance will be E12 Gate.
