Li Keqiang Sends Message of Condolences to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan over Serious Terrorist Attack in Pakistan

On February 17, 2017, Premier Li Keqiang sent a message to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan, extending condolences over the serious terrorist attack hitting Sehwan in Sindh province of Pakistan.

Li Keqiang said in the message of condolences that I am shocked to learn about the terrorist attack striking Sehwan in Sindh province of your country, which caused heavy casualties. China strongly condemns the attack. On behalf of the Chinese government, I would like to extend deep condolences to the victims and sincere sympathy to the injured and the bereaved families.

Li Keqiang said that China firmly opposes terrorism of all forms, and will staunchly support the unremitting efforts of the Pakistani government and people in maintaining national security and stability and fighting terrorism as always.
