Shanghai Communist Party of China Municipal Committee Deputy Secretary Yin Yicui, representing Shanghai Mayor Han Zheng, and Athens Mayor Nikitas Kaklamanis  on Tuesday signed a memorandum of friendship and cooperation at Athens City Hall between the Greek capital and the Chinese metropolis in the fields of culture, sport, tourism and the environment.
