Olympics and Paralympics athletes and participants are suggested to follow the  Playbooks issued bythe Beijing Organising Committee for the 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games (Beijing 2022)and required to apply for a Health Declaration Certificate (HDC) before leaving for China. 

1.Please take two COVID-19 (PCR) tests on two separate days (with a minimum 24-hour interval) within 96 hours of the departure of your flight to China,one of the two tests must be within 72 hours of departure(final leg of the flights, if you are travelling indirectly) . This test must be done by a testing provider designated by Chinese Embassy in Greece. If either of the two tests are positive, please do not travel to China.

2.If you have previously been infected with COVID-19, please submit required documentsand application form to Beijing 2022 (phs_1@beijing2022.cn) for review, at least eight working days before your planned departure. Beijing 2022 will review the submitted documents within five working days and inform you whether you are eligible for travel to China.Once approved, Beijing 2022 will return the application form signed and stamped.

3.If you are not fully vaccinated and have not previously been infected with COVID-19 ,pleas take two COVID-19 (PCR) tests within 96 hours of the departure of your flight to China and take anIgM antibody test within 72 hours of the departure of your flight to China.

4.There are three ways of applying HDC:

Visit the website: https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/, Use 'My2022' app or Scan the QR Code. Please submit your Passport Copy, PVC or Cisa, test results and vaccination certificates and flight itinerary in the system and keep your physical interactions to a strict minimum during the 14 days before you travel to China.
